Associate Therapist | New York, New Jersey

Nadisha Roberts

MHC-I

As a Jamaican American therapist, I support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or strained in their relationships and are looking for therapy that feels supportive, grounding, and collaborative. I provide culturally responsive, holistic care that honors your lived experience, values, and identity.

Through my clinical training and experience, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide thoughtful, compassionate care while helping clients develop insight and practical coping strategies.

I am committed to ongoing growth and professional development as I continue to deepen my clinical skills and provide empathetic, client-centered care. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
