I Have My
Documents Ready

Ready to get started? Share your information and documents so our intake team can review your request and help match you with the best fit for your needs, preferences, and availability.

You can expect to hear from our office within 1–2 business days.

What you’ll need:

You will be asked to provide your photo ID, insurance card (photos are accepted), general availability, and brief information about what brings you in.

What happens next:

Our intake team will review your submission, verify insurance information if applicable, and help coordinate the next steps, including scheduling and intake paperwork.

All submissions are securely processed through our HIPAA-compliant software.

I'll Provide My Documents Later

Don't have your documents ready? That's okay. You can still submit a brief request to begin the intake process and provide your documents later.

You can expect to hear from our office within approximately 3–5 business days.

What you’ll need:

Just your basic contact information, insurance provider, and brief information about what brings you to therapy.

What happens next:

Our intake team will contact you to collect the remaining information needed to move forward. Because additional follow-up is required, this option may take longer to complete.

All submissions are securely processed through our HIPAA-compliant software.

I’d Like to Speak With Someone First

Prefer to speak with our office before getting started? Schedule a brief phone consultation with our intake team to ask questions, discuss availability, review insurance and scheduling, and learn more about the next steps.

What to expect:

During this 15-minute phone consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our services, discuss scheduling and insurance, and receive guidance on the best next steps based on your needs.

Please note: This consultation is with our office intake team, not with a therapist or coach. This is not a therapy session or crisis service.
