Relationships can be one of the most meaningful—and most challenging—parts of life. If you and your partner are feeling stuck, misunderstood, or caught in repeating patterns, therapy can help open up new ways to connect. We offer relationship-focused therapy, including couples counseling, with an emphasis on emotional safety, healthy communication, and shared accountability. We support all relationships—including LGBTQ+ partnerships, non-monogamous dynamics, and those exploring gender or orientation shifts within their relationship. Our clinicians approach each couple or partnership with curiosity, cultural humility, and affirming care. Our work together isn’t about blame or taking sides—it’s about building understanding, resolving conflict, and strengthening the foundation of your partnership. Through guided conversations and evidence-based tools, you’ll learn how to express needs clearly, listen openly, and rebuild trust and connection. Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, trust issues, or major life transitions, our goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported—both as individuals and as a couple. You will be asked to provide your photo ID, insurance card (photos are accepted), general availability, and brief information about what brings you in.

 

What happens next: 

Our intake team will review your submission, verify insurance information if applicable, and help coordinate the next steps, including scheduling and intake paperwork.

 

All submissions are securely processed through our HIPAA-compliant software.
