Our virtual therapy sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed and holistic approach—integrating body-based techniques, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you regulate your nervous system and ease anxious patterns. Many of our clients experience anxiety tied to identity-related stressors, social pressure, or past invalidation. We offer a compassionate space for individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC and other marginalized communities, to explore and manage anxious thoughts with dignity and care. Whether your anxiety is situational, chronic, or rooted in trauma, we’ll support you with care and compassion. You’ll learn to identify triggers, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and create emotional space—so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and peace. What happens next: 

Our intake team will review your submission, verify insurance information if applicable, and help coordinate the next steps, including scheduling and intake paperwork.

 

All submissions are securely processed through our HIPAA-compliant software.
