If you often feel overwhelmed, reactive, or emotionally stuck, therapy can help you regain balance. Our clinicians teach emotional regulation skills and stress management techniques to help you respond to challenges with more calm and intention. Emotional regulation can be especially challenging for those who’ve had to mask, code-switch, or suppress parts of their identity. We welcome all individuals and offer affirming, culturally responsive tools to build emotional resilience for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities. We focus on building resilience and self-awareness through supportive, collaborative care.

Complete our secure registration form to get started with therapy, life coaching, or group services. Our intake team will review your information and help match you with the best fit for your needs, preferences, and availability.

 

You can expect to hear from our office within 1–2 business days.

 

What you’ll need: 

You will be asked to provide your photo ID, insurance card (photos are accepted), general availability, and brief information about what brings you in.

 

What happens next: 

Our intake team will review your submission, verify insurance information if applicable, and help coordinate the next steps, including scheduling and intake paperwork.

 

All submissions are securely processed through our HIPAA-compliant software.
